Highgate Primary Cross Country Team
If you enjoy going to Hampstead Heath on Wednesday afternoons, you may have seen the Highgate Primary Harriers Cross Country Team on their weekly runs.
From now on they will be impossible to miss as Company of Cooks have become the team’s sole sponsor and have provided colourful running vests for all the children.
The team from Highgate Primary School consist of 30 children aged between 7 and 11 and a mixture of adult volunteers including teachers, teaching assistants and even parents.
Dan Norman, their coach, often gets stopped by parents of children in other schools eager to sign their children up!
The team go out every week, whatever the weather, so if you see them on your next visit to Kenwood - give them an encouraging cheer!
