Chiswick House & Gardens
Chiswick House is a magnificent neo-Palladian villa set in beautiful historic gardens in west London.
Built by the third Earl of Burlington in 1729 to showcase his art collection and to enthral his guests, the house continues to display many spectacular works of art and provides a stunning venue for entertaining.
The gardens at Chiswick are the birthplace of the English Landscape Movement and have inspired countless gardens including New York’s Central Park.
Chiswick House Café
The café, which is adjacent to the House, was designed by award-winning architect Caruso St John and offers a relaxing modern space with stunning views of the house and gardens.
It seats up to 80 people with additional outside tables and serves a wide range of refreshments during the day as well as catering for private events in the evening.
Delicious seasonal menus at reasonable prices are the order of the day. We serve top quality coffee from Union Coffee Roasters and lunch specials such as hot roast pork sandwich with sage butter.
We are open daily from 8.30 until 17.00 and dusk in winter and only close on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
A wonderful new playground has been built adjacent to the Cafe and we have a wide range of dishes, including macaroni cheese and fresh orange jelly, to refuel exhausted children.
Sign up and be entered into our monthly competition to win our monthly prize being lunch for 4 at Chiswick House Cafe. You will also be sent updated member privileges, seasonal events and special menus.
