Royal Opera House Restaurants - A refreshing new venture between the Royal Opera House and Company of Cooks.

From 1 April 2010, Company of Cooks became the Royal Opera House’s chosen partner for the future operation and development of food and drink.  Company of Cooks manages the Opera House’s numerous restaurants and bars and provide the catering for the large numbers of events held at the iconic building in Covent Garden.  Following a rigorous tendering process during the autumn of 2009 led by John Seekings, Director of Operations and Stephen Michael, Managing Director of ROH Enterprises, Company of Cooks was chosen by a panel of Board members and Executives from the Royal Opera House.

Tony Hall, Chief Executive of the Royal Opera House said, “Company of Cooks has shown us an unbeatable combination of contemporary ideas and a refreshing approach to food, plus an acute understanding of the importance of the world class standards we offer our audiences.”
